Terrible problens all month!!! Not happy with it always cutting out and speed when it does decide to work! Hoping Sunwire will give free months to all or all the problems in the last month!! Ridiculous paying for services that dont work properly!!

Problems started with Sunwire on Friday here in thunder Bat P7B3C7. No internet, phoned sunwire and talked to tech who advised thatthere were no outages and it maybe my router. I hooked directly to the modem and got a really slow speed 4.9mb/s. Problems all weekend, tried changing routers , rebooting etc. Suddenly on Sunday evening all came back with speeds of 90+ mb/s. I wish sunwire would have a better handle on what is going on. Waisted time and long distance charges.

This is getting ridiculous. Last week's outage was bad enough, but to have one a few days ago and AGAIN tonight, is unacceptable. Customers should be given a credit on their next bill. I feel bad for those who are affected by this whom depend on their internet to make a living.

Second time in a month… wow that’s unbelievable considering we depend on our provider to provide us with internet. This is a huge inconvenience for people that work from home like myself. The first time the internet cut off while working and now cuts off in the middle of the night.. SMH. Hopefully I can depend on having internet by the time I work in the morning.
