I cannot do anything in or with any aspect of my account and the call centre is “down.” I have a missing e-transfer that was sent on Tues and not received by the recipient…money wasn’t in my account when I last checked on Thurs but the recipient def has not received anything. No access to money or answers is creating a real problem and a lot of frustration.

P3A3S8 Debit card declined at retail. Mobile app says my account information is unavailable. The physical bank is a zoo and they have closed leaving a single employee in the vestibule to deal with people coming in the door unable to access their accounts. 10:20am Saturday FE 04 2023

Will not transfer funds from one account to another, even though it gives reference number confirming it has. Account balances are not correct. I hate you Scotia! It’s always something. Extremely frustrating is an understatement at this point. Consistently problems with this bank..
