Windsor- N8W4Z4. Internet down since yesterday 17th May. Every 30 mins the light goes red and it says so internet connection. We unplug the switch and put it back and it starts working but after 30 mins, it goes red again. Tried calling the number but the line is engaged. Cant connect at all to any technical support. Please fix the problem.
