No internet V9C1J2 area for the last 24 hrs have tried resetting and whatnot not sure what's up or why juce don't have a support line

No internet in v9c 1b1 area. Tried all my usual resets to ensure it is not me. Shaw apparently has some updates going on potentially affecting this area. Does Juce use shaw lines?
