On phone with them and there is a huge wait was even busy first time I called. Now on hold for a long time who knows if anyone will answer!! I just want to know what is going on!!

Yann Benharroch and Erica Amaral in Laval H7N 5M7. Today is the third outage we’ve had in the past week and half. There is no internet access and it is very frustrating because troubleshooting does NOT fix it. When we try to call the line is always busy and then hangs up. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
