Québec, 29 nov 22, ça fait plus de trois heures que les services sont intermitents. J’aurais pensé qu’à la limite b2b2c nous auraient averti d’une panne via e-mail. Très décevant, je songe à changer de fournisseur internet. Première fois que ça m’arrive depuis que je suis avec eux (4 ans) contacter le support? INJOIGNABLE

18h50 à mtl 29 nov 2022... Quelques heures sans service déjà, mais wifi sporadique sur un de mes téléphones mobile seulement. Bizarre mais surtout frustrant... Mon gagne pain est directement liée à un accès à l'intranet! Et bien sûr à un support technique mais impossible à les rejoindre! Apparemment la panne est lié à Vidéotron?
