This company is getting more and more lousy. Sept 4 and 5 2024, the emails don't go out or come in. When you try to access your "personal space" on their website, that doesn't work either. I guess its time to find a new ISP. Too bad, they were soooo good for 20 years!

J3V le 25 juillet 13h, je suis sans réseau depuis hier, situation plutôt troublante que de voir le site internet de B2b2C down ainsi que personne pour répondre au téléphone ou aux messages texte. Est-ce la fin? Dois-je faire affaire avec une autre compagnie?

B2B2C is being taken over by EBOX which was bought by Bell. Ebox says they cannot do anything to help. Must contact B2B2C ???? But it is now part of ebox.

Internet was briefly restored in Longueuil J4K early this morning, 25 july 2024 but quickly went down again around 0800HRS. Found out that B2B2C has a Facebook page where they sometimes post information. Yesterday's post said it was a server problem. Yeah... I can't believe that a serious telecom company does not have REDUNDANCY built-in for such contingencies. Come on man, RAID arrays and changeover switches have existed for decades and they don't cost a fortune. Maybe there's something else going on with this company?

Still no internet at 2100hrs wednesday 24 july 2024. Even their phone is not working. They should at least install a POTS line (regular analog Bell Canada landline) with voicemail so that customers could be informed of the problem and estimated service restoration. Deux fois en moins de 30 jours, pannes majeures qui durent des heures. Meme pas capable de les rejoindre sur leur telephone! Ils devraient au moins installer une bonne vieille ligne telephonique analogique Bell avec une messagerie vocale pour aviser leurs clients et donner une date re retour du service. Avec eux depuis 20 ans, jamais eu autant de problemes; sont-ils en faillite?

Bonjour, Voici la réponse de B2B2C obtenue par Messenger Bonjour, il y a une panne intermitte internet du a un lien de transport dans un centre de donnee de Montreal. Il n’y a actuellement pas de temps de résolution. Désolé de l’inconvénient. Redémarrez votre équipement dans environ 30min pour vérifier si c’est résolu. La bannière du site sera aussi mise à jour pour des changements de l'état de service. Merci de votre patience.

Ditto. Remote worker in Montreal H2H 1C2 Nov. 6 @ 13:15. Sporadic at best, all sources affected ethernet, wifi and phone (also wifi)... Luckily I still have my cell phone but still impossible to get through to B2B2C. This is untenable (I loose work and still have to pay for the service when there is no service to be had! Is this a Vidéotron issue again?

Montreal H2H 1C2 It's now 19:53 and (fingers crossed) I appear to have my internet and WIFI back except that this outage seems to have screwed up my "home" phone which is also WIFI - admittedly this type "home phone" service is less than ideal but it's all that they offer. The outage may not have been under B2B2C's control but I agree with another person, the inability to connect with them and the fact that they did not email their clients with any kind of explanation does not impress. Good luck everyone.
